Remote Fitness
Because of the recent transition to Remote and Distance Learning for schools, PLT4M quickly developed a ‘Remote Fitness Program’.
The program consists of:
- 30 At Home Workouts – Programmed and designed for students and athletes to complete at home with no equipment required
- 15 Mastering Mobility Sessions – Guided mobility sessions that students can follow along minute by minute with
- 6 Fitness Challenges – An exciting way for students to log results and see how they progress throughout their training
- 5 Written Assignments (and more coming) – Open response questions that are driven from different articles and podcasts that the PLT4M team has created
Need to go remote? Sign up for a free trial of PLT4M to get started ASAP!
