PLT4M is an educational fitness program used by middle and high students across the country. Students gain access to an easy to use digital platform, loaded with experience appropriate programs and resources, and lots of ways to track progress and achievement!
Whether students are at home, in school, or anywhere in between, PLT4M is just one click away on any device. With a mobile and web app, students can access everything in PLT4M on any smartphone, tablet, laptop, computer. Truly any digital device.
Once students are signed up, they see the program or programs their teacher or coach wants them to see. For example, John currently could have access to two modules his Fitness Anywhere program and Nutrition 101 supplemental program. And in the same school, someone like Tori, a first-year PE student, only has been given access to the Intro to Fitness.
Whatever the program, each and every workout and exercise comes loaded with videos, instructional notes, and lots of scaling and modification options as they go along the program.
As students do continue to navigate their PLT4M experience, they will be clearly prompted when it is time to log any relevant test results. This, and a great time stamp feature, gives teachers and coaches the feedback they need to continue supporting them as a student.
Not only does the information get logged for teacher and coach reporting, students also have access to all their information so that they can see their progress being charted and mapped over time!
