Steven is a PE and Health teacher with 19 years of experience teaching Personal Fitness, Lifetime Wellness, Health, and Sports courses that promote lifelong healthy habits and student engagement. In addition to teaching, he previously coached varsity baseball for 14 years.

Goals & Mission

How I Use PLT4M

β€œCurrently we use PLT4M in a variety of ways, including Presentation Mode for class workouts and activities and as a textbook of health and wellness materials.

Students are able to access materials, work at their own pace, and personalize their experience with the content to match their interests and needs.”

Impact on My Program

β€œThe biggest impact PLT4M has had on our program is expanding the variety of activities we can offer students, including options like yoga and Pilates that we may not have previously been able to provide due to limited staff experience in those areas.
