Once I get done with the student that I was working with, I can run over to the student who had the question and ask him, “Hey, did you get your question answered?” He can either say yes or no. I can watch what he’s doing, critique it, and move onto the next student. How is this going to be the common thread through all three types of programming? It is going to be PLT4M. We can use that in-person, we can use that as a hybrid situation, and we can use it for remote. We are currently doing that with our remote learning lessons that we have via Google Classroom and we are currently teaching in-person. But I was so happy and proud of showing PLT4M and seeing the benefit that our high school was getting out of it. Then our administrators jumped in and said, “Ya! We will get it for the middle school.” So, I would challenge those districts who are worried that the cost might affect it. Man! It’s been huge.  “It’s definitely worth it in the long run.” “It’s been huge for us. So, budgetary, go for it. Do what you can do to get the funding for it. The nice thing about that is, it’s not just “well, here is how to do it, done.” It really breaks it down into scaled points of contact and it has little bullet points and notes so that kids are really able to go back through. It’s not just a one and done video that is doing or showing for the kids. Everytime you go back in and click or complete that exercise, it has the same demo video. So, if a kid isn’t quite sure how to perform a movement, they can watch the video. The nice thing is that I don’t only have access for it as a teacher. So when the kids have the app on their phone, they’re able to go through and watch all of the demo videos. It’s such an incredible tool. Especially, for example, last year doing remote learning. I’m not there to teach the kids in person. So for me not to be there and not to show them in person is harder for me because I’m a hands on learner. I like to show kids visually, and I think a lot of kids benefit from that. But this is the next best thing, it really is.
