Robβs Approach & Insights
Rob shared his philosophy, approach, and how PLT4M plays a role in his program. Hereβs what he had to say:
Goals & Mission
βMy goal is to give students the ability to safely and efficiently train to meet their current goals while also giving them the tools to continue training after high school.β
How I Use PLT4M
βI use PLT4M to deliver training workouts and track progress.
The data is used for goal setting, and there are assignments that can be assigned to students as makeup work for missed class.β
Why I Use PLT4M
βI believe PLT4M is a great way to promote vertical alignment for Kβ12 PE and develop workouts that are as specific as an educator wants them to be.
Whether itβs fitness, skill development, or weight training, there are great tools for teaching progressions and tracking data.β
Impact on My Program
βPLT4Mβs biggest impact is that it allows us to offer multiple workout options while still staying organized and on task in the weight room.β
Favorite Feature
βThe ability to organize and manage multiple workout options while tracking student progress.β
