Kelseyβs Approach & Insights
Kelsey shared her philosophy, approach, and how PLT4M plays a role in her program. Hereβs what she had to say:
Goals & Mission
βMy mission is to provide all students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to make active living a way of life.
I try to empower all students to sustain lifelong physical activity as a foundation for a healthy, productive, and fulfilling existence.β
How I Use PLT4M
βWe use PLT4M in all of our PE classes.
Strength and Conditioning follows several programs throughout the year and tracks benchmark testing data. Other PE classes use it to learn core lifts and track fitness testing data.
We also use PLT4M to build custom programs for athletics.β
Why I Use PLT4M
βPLT4M is an incredible teaching tool and student resource.
It gave us all the tools we needed to run an amazing strength and conditioning program while providing meaningful data that helps personalize workouts, track progress, and demonstrate student learning.β
Impact on My Program
βPLT4M has enabled us to focus more on fitness and track student progress.
Our students love that they can work independently, move at their own pace, and see real-time data regarding their growth and performance.β
Favorite Feature
βThe custom program builder is my favorite feature.
It keeps my curriculum on track, and everything is so organized.β
