PLT4M has just released NEW nutrition chapters!

In our first series of Nutrition Education, we build a foundational understanding of macronutrients and basic nutrition’s daily application. Now, in our more advanced nutrition education series, we take a closer look at specific topics like micronutrients, hydration, and emotional eating.

 

Below is a sample of Chapter 1.1, ‘Micronutrients Overview,’ from our Nutrition 201 program. Each chapter comes with a written lesson, instructional video, and questions.
