We are excited to announce the release of our new PLT4M Dance Fitness Program!
Let’s turn up the music and have some fun! This program aims to provide every student an engaging and welcoming introduction to the basics of dance fitness.
We seek to introduce this form of cardio and dance fitness through a fully-developed lesson plan that allows students to learn new dance moves while getting their heart rates up and smiling!

Coach Alexa Cavallo is our fearless leader. Coach Alexa brings an immense amount of dance experience and is excited to share her talents teaching middle and high school dance to our PLT4M community. Check our full interview with Coach Alexa to learn more about her dance and coaching background.
Joining Coach Alexa throughout our dance lessons are Jonathan Eng, Hunter Mitchell-Adams, and Brian Grasso. All three of our ‘background’ dancers played college level athletics. Jonathan a basketball player, Hunter a swimmer, and Brian a baseball player, all took the leap and gave dance a try for the first time! Our goal is to show that dance is for everyone, regardless of experience of background. All three had lots of fun giving dance for a try, just like your students will as well!
