[vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=”At Home Performance Training – Session # 2″ use_theme_fonts=”yes”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]With athletes at home, we are looking to not only maintain but improve ourselves. Session # 2 does just that and even gives us a chance to get outside in the process. If you have not checked out Session 1, be sure to go check it out.
Today’s session is about speed and power. Two things that we can still improve even while at home. Coach Bres takes us through a great workout you can accomplish outside in your back yard or on a quiet road. If you do choose to be on some grass, don’t be afraid to throw on the cleats if you have them because we are going to hit some speed work today.
A friendly reminder that speed and power, does not always mean conditioning. Throughout this workout, be sure to give yourself the right amount of rest so you can really focus in on technique and execution of the movements. Have fun![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_video link=”https://youtu.be/7fFKfL6EP08″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_section][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
