Tylerβs Approach & Insights
Tyler shared his philosophy, approach, and how PLT4M plays a role in his program. Hereβs what he had to say:
Goals & Mission
βAs a professional educator, my goal is to teach all of my students lifelong health and wellness skills.β
How I Use PLT4M
βI use PLT4M in both my Health and PE classes to deliver lesson content through Chromebooks, a Smartboard, or a projector.
The platform helps students create and manage goals while learning how to be responsible and accountable for their own health and wellness journey.β
Why I Use PLT4M
βPLT4M is a digital tool that any health, PE, or sports coach can use to engage their audience in ways that facilitate lifestyle change through content learning, goal setting, and personal accountability.
I love PLT4M because it’s the complete package. It’s content-rich, includes teacher and student tracking tools, and allows me to grade assignments without ever leaving the website or PLT4M app. PLT4M also continues to add and update lesson content to stay aligned with Health and PE standards.β
Impact on My Program
βPLT4M has had a huge impact on my PE department by seriously upgrading our capacity to strategically align lessons with students’ learning needs.β
Favorite Feature
βMy favorite PLT4M feature is Rack View.
Students can learn and train with friends, or I can assign students into groups to build classroom culture.β
