Goals & Mission

“My mission is to help students develop lifelong habits that support their physical, mental, and social well-being. I focus on using personalized goals and meaningful data so students can understand their own growth and make informed decisions about their health.

I prioritize teaching concepts and behaviors that transfer to adulthood, like goal setting, self-management, collaboration, and injury prevention, so students leave with the knowledge and confidence to lead healthy, active lives outside of school and sports.”

How I Use PLT4M

“I use PLT4M to create a balanced and engaging program for my students. On days they aren’t in the weight room, students participate in activities like boxing and yoga to build a variety of fitness skills.

During strength and conditioning, students use the workout videos to reinforce each exercise, helping them learn proper form and stay on track in their groups.

I also incorporate virtual learning when needed, allowing students to continue their fitness and health education outside of the classroom.”

Why I Use PLT4M

“I like PLT4M because it offers a diverse and inclusive curriculum that truly meets the needs of all students, regardless of their skill level or background.

The variety of activities and built-in modifications ensure every student can participate and feel successful. I also appreciate the flexibility of the programming—it allows me to easily adapt workouts and lessons to fit my students, schedule, and instructional goals while keeping learning engaging and relevant.

PLT4M is an adaptable, student-centered Health and PE platform that makes it easy to meet learners where they are.

It offers an inclusive curriculum with a wide range of activities and modifications, so every student can participate and succeed. The data and metrics PLT4M provides give both teachers and students clear, actionable insights that support individualized goal setting, track progress, and help students take ownership of their fitness.”

Impact on My Program

“The biggest impact PLT4M has had on my program is how it allows me to better meet the needs of all students while staying actively engaged in instruction.

The built-in modifications make it easy for every student to access and succeed in workouts, while freeing me up to move around the space, provide feedback, and support students as they practice new skills.

It has also given me the ability to assign meaningful virtual lessons for health education during snow days, illnesses, or other interruptions.”

Favorite Feature

“My favorite part of PLT4M is the combination of flexibility and meaningful data. It allows me to easily adjust workouts and programming to meet the needs of all students, while the data and metrics give both my students and me clear insight into progress and performance.”
