Webinar – Back To Basics – Returning To Training After Quarantine
We are all excited about the idea of getting to work with our students and athletes as quarantine restrictions are loosened. However, as we return, we need to be mindful of what our students have done…or more likely, have not done for training while at home. Sports Performance Coordinator and PE Teacher, John Martin, will present on going back to the basics for training high school students. From defining detraining and GPP, to structuring strength, speed, and conditioning training, this will be an excellent webinar for any teacher or coach.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_video link=”https://youtu.be/zYfj8FL7fdw”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Presentation Slides: Get access to the full presentation slides.
