PLT4M is excited to announce the launch of our new nutrition initiative: Fuel 4 Fitness.
As a company of coaches, we pride ourselves in producing the best quality content and materials for ALL things fitness. While we have dedicated much of our focus to strength and conditioning, we know that a big part of performance depends on how we fuel our bodies.
We are thrilled to welcome Rebecca Toutant to our team to take on all things nutrition! Our very first initiative is the release of our Nutrition 101 EBook coming Monday!

Rebecca Toutant, MA, RDN, LDN, CDE
Rebecca is a registered dietitian, personal trainer, and certified diabetes educator living and working in the Boston area. Since 2004, she’s supported clients in health, performance, and disease prevention – balancing their biological needs and performance goals while living full, nourishing lives.
She completed her undergraduate degree in Dietetics at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and her graduate degree in Health Communication at Emerson College and Tufts University School of Medicine. Areas of focus include sports nutrition, eating disorders, diabetes, developmental disabilities, and celiac disease. She can be found online at www.NourishingBitsandBites.com.
