At Home Performance Training - Session # 1

Things are weird right now, but you can always make the most out of a tough situation. As athletes, we always want to make the best possible version of ourselves, and even though we are stuck at home, we can continue to do so by going all-in on our training.

You might not have barbells, you might not be in the weight room, but even though you are at home, you can still make the most of it. All that matters is your energy, your attitude, and your attention to detail.

Follow along with this At Home Performance Training workout. Coach Bres will brief each part of the workout, and you will then have time to pause, execute the movement, and then continue on for your next set of instructions.
