Intro To Fitness – Starting The School Year
Physical Education this fall, like everything else in our lives with Covid, is going to be very different.
And while there are so many unknowns, in our world of teaching and coaching students, we know one thing will still be the same this coming school year:
Students need an introduction to foundational human movements!
Our Introduction To Fitness program is an introduction to all things movement and fitness! This program aims to provide each and every student a foundation upon which they can develop their personal fitness or performance training moving forward. We seek to cement proper mechanics through all of the fundamental human movements, begin to develop relative strength & mobility while also introducing the concept of capacity.
