Mastering Mobility features End Range Stretching sessions aimed at improving flexibility and range of motion. Throughout the program we use a variety of positions to target key muscles and joints, all with the end goal of making you more mobile and dynamic!

All lessons include a variety of end range stretches, with the goal of improving mobility around the key joints and muscles

No formal requisites; open to everyone!
GREAT FOR:
This program is ideal for a classroom setting, streaming the session to a TV or Projector. If outside the classroom, perform as an individual through the app! MOB101 is best used as a complimentary program, or used on “off” days as recovery.
