Samβs Approach & Insights
Sam shared his philosophy, approach, and how PLT4M plays a role in his program. Hereβs what he had to say:
Goals & Mission
βMy goal is to teach practicality with students. Life is not perfect, and neither is their health and fitness, but there are always ways to improve it and learn more about it.β
How I Use PLT4M
βWe use PLT4M in almost every class offering we have, from yoga classes and health content to creating personalized workouts.
It gives us the flexibility to use one platform across a wide range of courses and student needs.β
Why I Use PLT4M
βPLT4M is a useful tool that helps tie together a lot of the content that we try to teach.
It helps enable our program to give more of a one-on-one experience to each student while still allowing teachers to teach and support the entire class.β
Impact on My Program
βPLT4M has helped streamline information to students. It allows for an immersive experience while still allowing me to teach the students.β
Favorite Feature
βI like how each student can have their own workouts for our performance classes.β
