About Bryan
Bryan Carpenter is a teacher and coach at Maple Valley Jr./Sr. High School in Michigan with 28 years of experience in the middle school and high school. Over that time he has come in contact with thousands of students, and his hope is that they leave better than when they arrived. Bryan’s school is early in its PLT4M journey, using it in the weight room for PE classes and adding more each semester.

Goals & Mission
“My overall goal is to help them create an understanding of lifelong fitness and health and put those skills into practice to develop into the best possible version of themselves.”
How I Use PLT4M
“We use it in our weight room for our Physical Education classes. I use many of the programs for workouts or stretches. We are young in the PLT4M journey, but we are making strides to implement more and more each semester.”
Why I Use PLT4M
“It is an overall fitness program that gives students the tools to find success with weight training and personal fitness. We are learning with it every day, and trying to implement the right things for us.”
Impact on My Program
“When students start seeing results and gaining confidence. They look forward to using the program and learning about different features and programs.”
Favorite Feature
“The ease of use for students in calculating the lifting weights and reps. It’s all right there in front of them.”
