PLT4M COACHES CLUB: JUSTIN CONTOIS
Justin is a former personal trainer turned high school physical education teacher looking to share his vision and knowledge of health and wellness. Justin has completed and won many ultra marathons. He enjoys sharing his passion for running and strength training with his cross country team.
PLT4M has changed the landscape of our weight training course. Student can now visually see their progress, set goals for future lifts and compare themselves to classmates, making weight training a competitive arena, that was once a solo endeavor. Videos and tutorials have made my job, as a teacher of close to 40 students, of one that can spend time with each group of students and really analyze their faults. When doing this other groups can view and breakdown video upon my arrival. Data tracking has been key in showing students that fitness and strength, over time, will increase, if one puts in the time and effort.

I bleed health and wellness. It is my mission to spread and share the knowledge I have obtained with today’s youth.
