Rebecca is the Nutrition Expert at PLT4M, using clinical expertise and evidence-based information to create the nutrition program which teaches students about healthy eating habits. Her focus is on building a foundation for students so that they can create and adapt a plan that will work for them for life.
Outside the office, Rebecca stays active through running, cycling, yoga, and snowboarding. She also enjoys writing, trying new recipes, and chasing her kids and dogs. Rebecca is a former equestrian who grew up barrel racing and pole bending with her horse, Flirt.
