Lulu Emmons

Yoga Instructor Certifications: RYT-200, YA   As PLT4M’s resident Yoga Instructor, Lulu leads the charge for creating the progressive yoga programs, beginning with the basic introduction to yoga poses, and moving into more advanced flows. Lulu is committed to demystifying yoga for everyone, especially kids.   After a day of doing yoga in the office, Lulu can usually be found doing yoga somewhere else. She describes it as a hobby-turned-profession. She says, “I love the physical aspect of it, but what I love most is the mindfulness that I get out of each class I take or teach!”
