Boxing Instructor
Sean is putting the punch in PLT4M. He is the face of all our bodyweight boxing content, teaching students the fundamentals of boxing and putting it all together in fun dynamic workout routines.
Sean says that boxing is an excellent fitness skill for any student because it teaches confidence, discipline, all while getting a great workout in. When Sean isn’t on camera, he is teaching group boxing classes at his local gym and even getting back into the MMA ring from time to time as a professional fighter.
