We have been a PLT4M school now for a little over a year. One of the reasons why I was hired was to change the mindset and the culture of our athletes and community toward strength and agility training. The previous coach and many of the other coaches did not see the importance and benefits that strength and conditioning could bring to our athletes. Our kids were always winners, but now we have brought another edge to the plate as we feel we are now in better physical condition than other schools/teams in our area. We are now physically on the same level as schools four and five times our size.
WHY DO YOU WORK WITH STUDENTS?
I love seeing students improve their physical and mental skills to achieve their athletic and educational goals. I have great pride in seeing kids get better every single day and become the best version of themselves.
“What you fail to do in the dim lights of the weightroom will be exposed in the bright lights of the arena.”
