Ricky Igbani
PLT4M is excited to be partnering with Coach Ricky Igbani. Coach Igbani brings a tremendous amount of experience coaching and teaching high school athletes in the world of speed, strength, and conditioning. Ricky was a three-sport high school athlete who went on to compete in both college baseball and track! After college, Ricky got into the world of coaching and has taken on many impressive projects throughout his career. He is the founder and creator of the Urban Athlete Project, an opportunity for high achieving Boston high school students to train and work out for free. Ricky also trains and works with athletes of all ages through his company IJE. On top of all that, Coach Igbani works with students as a teacher and coach at a local Boston high school.Partnering With PLT4M
