Description:
Our “At Home Performance Training” Program is the perfect option for all those dedicated athletes stuck at home, chomping at the bit to better themselves in every way they possibly can. Within this program, we will continually work to maintain and improve our total Power, Control, and Capacity using only what we have at our disposal. Each week is complete with dedicated speed and power (“field”) work, odd-object/at-home strength and hypertrophy development, full body stability and coordination, and continual capacity and conditioning. It hits all the uniquely varied needs of competitive athletes, such that we are primed for whenever we step on the field next.
DAILY SCHEDULE:
Each session begins with a warm up, followed by an element of Speed/Power development, then a focus on core movement patterns & accessory. Each session concludes with conditioning or a “Finisher.”
REQUISITES:
Athletes should have completed the 100 level courses, or have received baseline training elsewhere prior to the program.
GREAT FOR:
Serious athletes looking to better themselves without access to the weight room.
