One of the most widely used agility drills, the 5-10-5 or “Pro-Agility Drill” is a great way to develop lateral quickness and change of direction. As with any agility drill, it’s all about maximizing your movement efficiency. Athlete’s should be less focused on energy output (going “hard”) than perfecting the way in which they initiate movement or change direction.
